Ginger cake with mandarin




You know that ginger is good not only for tea but also for different cakes. Yesterday I cooked this one with mandarin. And it was really ver-very!! 

Ingredients: 200g of butter, 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, salt, 250g flour, 2 fresh gingers, 3 mandarins.

1. Mix butter, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
2. Fill the mixture with grated ginger and bake 50 minutes (180 degrees C)
3. Pour the mandarin juice with sugar on hot cake.
